A REURB consiste no conjunto de medidas jur\u00eddicas, urban\u00edsticas, ambientais e sociais destinadas \u00e0 incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o dos n\u00facleos urbanos informais ao ordenamento territorial urbano e \u00e0 titula\u00e7\u00e3o de seus ocupantes. A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria, conforme o art. 13 da Lei Federal 13.465\/2017, \u00e9 classificada em regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria de interesse social (REURB-S) e interesse espec\u00edfico (REURB-E). A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria, conforme o art. 47 da Lei Federal 11.977\/2009, \u00e9 classificada em regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria de interesse social e interesse espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>A regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o fundi\u00e1ria serve para compatibilizar o registro de im\u00f3veis com a realidade.
